Your response to the questionnaire will form the basis of an initial phone or email consult, as well as aid us in putting together a proposal and project fee for your review and approval. |

| The proposal will list everything that will go into the project, including project start and completion dates and the project fee. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will both sign a standard web site design contract before beginning work on the project. Payment structure is as follows:
So, depending on the size, scope, and complexity of your project, be prepared to allocate between 2 - 6 weeks of dedicated time and attention for your project. Also, building a successful website is a collaborative effort, and prompt, clear, and thorough replies and feedback is expected, as well as dedicated time, focus, and attention on your part. This will ensure forward movement and completion of your project within the designated time-frame. |

| Up to 2 weeks is allocated for the design phase. You will receive 2 mockup designs to choose from and 2 revisions. The designs will be displayed on web pages for your perusal and feedback. You can also mix and match amongst the designs, so long as it looks good when combined, to create a 3rd and final mockup. The 2nd payment of 30% of the total project fee is collected after the mockup design is finalized and prior to the development phase. |

| Between 2-4 weeks is allocated for the site development phase, depending on the size, scope, and complexity of your project. We will build the HTML version of the web site based on the final mockup design of choice. Client must provide site copy, audios/videos, and any additional graphics desired and within the agreed upon, designated time-frame. Site content is due usually by or before the mockup design is finalized and right before the website development phase (a good guesstimate is approximately 2 weeks after the official project start date). So, it would be a good idea to start putting together your content at the same time we are designing the mockups for your review and feedback. | Prior to the official launch of your site, we will proofread site copy to make sure there are no spelling or grammatical errors, test and tweak coding to make sure that links are
going to all the right places, contact forms and shopping carts are in working order, etc. Your participation during this step will be expected and appreciated. To prevent cross-eyes, the more eyes the better! (-: |

| All the web pages are completed and ready for uploading to your hosting server. The 3rd and final payment of 30% of the total project fee is collected at this time and prior to uploading all the new pages to your hosting server. | Now that the site is up and running, on-going, consistent marketing and promotional efforts are imperative to bring in targeted traffic.
